Product Description:
The CH5255SY dual-spindle turning-milling center adopts a monolithic flat bed base with stepped guideway structure, featuring dual motorized spindles, dual C-axes, and a single Y-axis powered servo turret. Equipped with a hollow hydraulic rotary cylinder and hollow hydraulic three-jaw chuck, it integrates a new-generation CNC system to perform comprehensive turning and milling operations for complex parts in a single setup.
Features:
1.Large-span monolithic flat bed base with 15° stepped guideways and 15°+30° inclined saddle structure ensures exceptional stability and vibration resistance.
2.Main and sub-spindles utilize high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor spindles, delivering high speed, robust rigidity, stable precision, and rapid dynamic response.
3.Servo-driven sub-spindle enables high-speed workpiece transfer, combined with a 12-station interpolated Y-axis servo turret, achieving full or partial machining in one setup to reduce cycle time and boost productivity.
4.Dual C-axis functionality with high-resolution encoders supports workpiece indexing and surface interpolation on either spindle.
5.Pre-stretched nut structures and angular contact bearings on feed-axis ball screws enhance stiffness, thermal resistance, and feed accuracy.
6.Direct servo motor-to-ball screw coupling on feed axes guarantees high transmission precision.
7.High-load linear ball guideways ensure good rigidity, low damping, high precision, and smooth operation.
8.Hydraulic chuck clamping/release and sub-spindle movement are controllable via both program commands and foot pedal switches for operational flexibility.
9.Tool holder employs a 12-station power servo turret with high precision, good rigidity and rapid tool selection.
10.In addition to program control, the hydraulic chuck clamping/unclamping and sub-spindle movement can also be operated through a foot pedal switch, ensuring convenient and efficient operation.
11.Centralized automatic oil lubrication with quantitative distributors ensures uniform lubrication of guides and ball screws, reducing friction, improving motion accuracy, and extending component lifespan.
12.Side and rear chip removal options provide flexible configuration for optimal machining efficiency.
