Product Description:
CK46F orthogonal Y-axis turning-milling center adopts integrated slant bed structure with 30° inclined guideways. Equipped with hollow hydraulic rotary cylinder, draw-back hydraulic collet, orthogonal Y-axis, and multi-station servo power heads, it employs SYNTEC CNC system with C-axis and milling capabilities to complete most or all machining processes for complex parts in a single setup.
Features:
1.30°integral slant bed base structure ensures excellent stability and vibration resistance.
2.The spindle bearing use precision angular contact ball bearings in a front-three/rear-two layout, with dynamic balancing correction and run-in testing for low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, smooth operation, and stable accuracy.
3.X/Z-axis ball screws adopt pretensioned nut structures and angular contact bearings to enhance rigidity, thermal resistance, and feed accuracy.
4.X/Z -axis adopts servo motors directly coupled to ball screws, guaranteeing high precision transmission.
5.High-load linear ball guideways ensure good rigidity, low damping, high precision, and smooth operation.
6.Y-axis functionality combined with longitudinal and transverse milling allows single-setup machining for turning, milling, drilling, and tapping on external cylindrical surfaces and end faces.
7.Tool holder combines adopts with 8-station hydraulic turret and 4+4 servo power heads, high precision, good stability and short tool select time.
8.The C-axis is equipped with a high-resolution encoder for precise positioning accuracy, high reliability, and continuous indexing capability.
9.Hydraulic chuck clamping/release supports both program control and foot pedal switch operation for flexible and efficient workflow.
10.Centralized automatic oil lubrication with quantitative distributors ensures uniform lubrication of guides and ball screws, reducing friction, improving motion accuracy, and extending component lifespan.
11.Side and rear chip removal options provide flexible configuration for optimal machining efficiency.
